I think maybe this place has gotten even better since I last tried it a few years ago. Great wine selection (they are connected to the wine store next door) Great insalata verde. Lamb chops are really nice. All pasta dishes are also good and the pear soaked in wine for dessert is a must. The staff treats you like... More

Great food and ambience for us here with our 4 year old son. He ate a delicious short penne and tomato sauce dish whilst we ate lamb chops with rosemary potatoes and mixed fried fish. Yummy. And washed down with a lovely glass of Spumante too. Very nice. Thanks for looking after us Sylvia. Sam loved his experience (although a... More

Since we try to maximise our experience, we shared mains and pasta. Staff were very happy to bring more plates. Starter were fried anchovy and zucchini, nice. Then, pasta with bottarga di tonno. Very good. Finally small octopus cooked in white wine. The latter came as a surprise as we tried octopus many a time around the world. Definitely a... More

Nice place. Nice owner. I appreciated the menu. Simple, short and full of news. Every day the chef add some plates. Good. Many types of wine, the majority of them very excellent. Yesterday night we drunk two bottle of white Antinori, Franciacorta. Surely I want to return there.

Best pesto pasta dish we've had so far, in a quaint setting. Started dinner with fried anchovies. Nice wine selection and wait staff was eager to please.

I booked a wine pairing experience online and WOW! The meal was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend the experience! It was also obvious that despite a lot of marketing, this is a friendly family run business also frequented by locals. The waiter even let me use his cell phone charger and I felt very welcome and comfortable dining solo.

I came across this osteria by coincidence and decided to go in for a light lunch. Friendly service, budget friendly but limited menu. When a restaurant has a limited menu, I expect them to have a couple of well executed signature dishes or regional specialties. I ordered the zucchini beignets because I could not find another appealing dish on the... More

Mainly seafood and simple wines.....but a good selection of both. A nice welcome by hard working staff. Everything very fresh...you could do far worse.

This restaurant features a small but very well curated wine shop attached. Excellent selections across all price levels and regions. Many older reds and large formats laying around too. Feels like you discovered someone's secret wine cellar. An older gentleman assisted; he and the woman who I think are owners seemed to be extremely knowledgable. He stopped by my table... More
