It is indeed a tourist trap, though nothing wrong with the food. Service slow and dour. We paid 24 euro for 1 roll,1 cake and 2 coffees, and this included 2 Cover charges, which we found rather odd. Would not return as we thought it was extremely expensive for something so ordinary. Other visits to bars and cafes during that... More

Bad ingredients. Poor service. Overpriced. Tourist trap. I live in Italy and this is one bad place for a stopover. Crepe was tasteless and they used chocolate pudding mix instead of melted chocolate. Also they charge for just sitting down. Big no no!

Really bad quality. Defenetly the worst place I have eaten in Italy. Drinks cost same as food. One course we order uneatable. Owner wanted to overcharge. Microwave quality. Stay away !!!!!!

All-time high price for this quality.. But, unfortunately, everything is expensive in Milan. I had an impression, that crêpes served cold were not enough heated in microwave..:(

We dropped in after a hot day's sightseeing- crepes are our family favourite even faced with the obvious competition here in Italy. The place is bit like an American diner with red upholstery and narrow , high back benches around narrow tables, but lots of French posters and decorations to boost the creperie look. Next thing is that this is... More

Kind and helpful service, translating the menu to english, good food, a lot better, more and cheaper than the touristic restaurant near the canal where we ate yesterday.

Whilst spending our last day in Milan before heading for Malpensa airport we needed food before heading home. We had walked round the castle and were trying the back streets for something a little quieter when we came across this Caffe. I had the tomato penne pasta which was delicious and my husband ordered the orange crepe, which did not... More

My daughter and I both went for lunch. The place is rather small, not the type where you would lounge for a long time, with tiny tables. The service was excellent, attentive and prompt. The crepes were very good. The selection is quite amazing: 34 Savory crepes and 39 sweet crepes. Not to mention carpaccios, sandwiches and such. However, we... More

Nice little restaurant close to the Sforza Castle. they are serving food non stop during the day which saved us from starving in the middle of an afternoon of visiting Milan. They have so many crepes on the menu you wish you had a second stomach to eat another one. The portions are really generous and it is quite cheap.... More

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
