Im not a big Mexican expert foodie (I would like to be tho), but I can say that the Tacos at this place are delicious! the Quesadillas are AMAZING (tastiest cheese!!) and the Guacamole is creamy. Nice atmosphere with Mexican music. If you are bored from Italian food (you probably are) then give this place a try. Ig- @mimoyounes

The complimentary corn chips were stale and accompanying salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce. Not a great start. The guacamole must have been from a jar - fresh guacamole would never be as creamy and bland. Admittedly it came with freshly made deep fried flour 'pita' bread which was very good. The menu was flour rather than corn based which made... More

If you are bored from pizza and pasta, this place would give you another option. The foods are excellent mexican foods. I recomment to try fajita mexican beer. they cook all very fast and you don't need to wait for a long time.

Staff were brilliant and we felt completely at ease throughout the entire meal. The general atmosphere of the place was extremely nice as was the food and drink we ordered. Would highly recommend the mojitos!

After a tour in the Navigli area, this restaurant was the only one empty enough (but not for long!) and it was a good choice: food was typically Mexican, good and filling, quick service, cheap enough for the area. Mexican decoration. We had cheese enchillada & meat tacos. Not enough space for dessert...

Food was good, staff is friendly and smily. Portions are abundant, quickly prepared but an extra bag would have been handy!

Amazing place where to have a fantastic dinner time! It's not so big, they don't have many sits but the food is awesome! I tried chicken with coconut and it was a great surprise! Very kind for the service and during the dinner, great treatment!

Ok food, a bit overpriced for what was quite standard fare. Portions were average size. Friendly staff.

Really nice plates (big and tasty portios). Try fajitas or fantasia plates. Service is really polite and friendly at the same time. English speaking as well. I really enjoy visiting this place. Try it.

I worked in Milan for seven months during 2013 and based myself around the Navigli area and became a regular customer at Pancho Villa eating there once or twice a week. The food is good the staff friendly, the venue welcoming and on top of that it is reasonably priced. It was good to find somewhere I both felt comfortable... More

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
