Pizza was good to very good... but the services killed it all. Mistakes dont always get repaired with limoncello. They forgot the order the first time around... and the second time around they forgot one of the two pizzas. They really need to get their head together!

While walking around Navigli district I stopped for lunch at this place. I'd read about it before on Tripadvisor, so decided to try. When I came the place was crowded but the stuff was very friendly and fast. I had a salad and mini pizzas. Everything was fresh and tasty. The homewine was good. I was one of the last... More

Down by the canals is a very popular place for locals and tourists alike and this restaurant isn't flashy but very busy and the Milanese people seem to love it. Certainly it has the right ingredients to be successful with reasonable prices and very good pizzas made in tradional wood-fired ovens which is the best way to make a pizza.

Fast and very good italian pizza. Very reasonably priced. Next to the river and only 4 mins walking max from the tube station.

After a nice walk along the Navigli canal, this is the place where to have a tasty Italian pizza cooked to perfection. There is a wide selection of pizza which makes it difficult to choose. We tried some of the specialties which are not common in other restaurants. Loved the different idea of having ricotta in the crust as an... More

My classmate took me here when I was visiting Milan. I ordered the Capatosta and it didn't disappoint. The service was efficient, pizza was incredible and prices reasonable. Don't miss if you're in Milan. PS They have English menus available is you ask

We have eaten super delicious pizza but the service was poor.. When you go to Naviglia, it is impossible to not see I capatosta.. I am sure that you will see the line, don't worry you can wait, it will worth it:)

We got out to the canal area and walked around looking for lunch. In the end we chose this restaurant because it had a nice crowd that seemed to be local. Great choice. I had the gnocchi Sorrento style (baked in red sauce and cheese). My husband had a spicy salami calzone. Both were fresh and excellent. I want to... More

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
