A good restaurant with friendly and quick service, good food and wine and nice ambient. It's not extraordinary but specially if you are near the area a good option.

I would suggest a shirt with a collar - most people were in dress shirts or suits and the ladies in slacks or dresses. Not super-dressy, but definitely not casual.
