We had a pit stop here on way through Brera district. I had lemon drizzle cake and others had tiramisu and an apple tart. Wow they were all lovely washed down with a nice latte coffee. Deffo worth a visit.

Great brunch on our last day in Milan. The place was buzzing, staff helpful to us as visitors, the only negative is the slow service if you order something that needs bringing to the table.

We were there for an aperitif. Rather rude personal, the food was so and so and the restrooms really unclean. I think there are much better options in Milano!

It was near our appartment, very cosy, perfect coffee, fresh croissants in the morning and fresh fruit salad with yoghurt and granola - ideal way to start your day. Fast service, polite personnel.

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
