I was here with my family (wife and two small daughters) and my parents for lunch. The menu is very generous and offer a lot of choice. The dishes are simple, nice and very yummy. The waiter (especially Nicola is very kind, very nice and funny and make you feel like at home). Before tarting, the restaurant offers a good... More

We were actually looking for a different restaurant when we came across this one. We were a group of ten and they welcomed us warmly. The food was terrific! From appetizers, to pasta and pizza, to desserts - we had it all and it was all good! Service was excellent, also. Highly recommend!

Nice trattoria, cosy but not really updated ambiance, excellent food - top service and modest bill? What can you expect more in a hungry pause? Casati 19 is a place to be - in the neibourghood there is no better place .

Home made pasta was superb and both the grilled veal and beef were superb. Really cannot fault this place. Wine is superb value, Pinot Grigio followed by Nero D'Avola at realistic, no better than realistic prices. Highly recommend this restaurant. Ignore the signage it belies the real family run and typical Milanese local culture. Excellent!

We tried Casati 19 on our second night in Milan, we are so glad we did, wonderful food, the best spaghetti vongole yet, wonderfully welcoming staff, great atmosphere, lots of locals eating there, on our second visit the welcome was even more friendly, we felt part of the family. Thank you Casati 19 from the 2 Australians.

I ate here twice during the week in Milan. Friendly owner and waiter. Lots of locals eating there. I do my best with menu's in Italian but finally ended up asking for the English menu. Good risotto and veal. Also very good pizza.

Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
