In my opinion one of the best fish restaurants in Milan. The king crap al vapore, the insalata tiepida del mare as well as the raw seafood plateau were a dream!! Very nice waiters, beautiful location and excellent fish quality!! It's expensive but worth it!

I am totally in love with Langosteria. Such a good place to have dinner and lovely atmosphere. I have been, at the bistrot, just twice - I used to have dinner at the restaurant, not at the bistrot! Anyway, good food and nice staff. Nevertheless price are too much aligned to the Restaurant, for this reason I would say that... More

nice and friendly environment, elegant and clean. as soon you get a seat you feel the colonial and havana style. The food is prepared as the good italian tradition with a bit of creativity which make it more contemporaneous. Quality of raw fish is without any discussion as well as the preparation. Taste is unbelievable! Any type of pasta and... More

Great food. I tried and loved Oysters, prawns, octopus salad, sea bass carpaccio and special fish of the day baked in Sicilian style with tomatoes and olives. Desserts were nice. I tried a white chocolate sort of dessert and a special berries with ice cream one. Both were great.

We went here on a recommendation and were not disappointed. It was packed even for a Tuesday night with many of the tables taken by locals. It is very near a canal area full of bars and a great place for a pre drink. The sea food was excellent (yellow tail, oysters and squid) and very fresh. We went with... More

Moreover, tuna and salmon sandwiches were surprising but delicious too. Desserts were also nice and interesting especially nuts and fruits filled with ice cream was very nice. we had... More

I had a fantastic meal here recommended and arranged by a friend. Service, food and wine were all superb. I had fresh oysters to start followed by a delicious linguine with lobster. With no room for desert with finished with coffees and petit fours. (Was also a great people watching spot too with the restaurant being full of fashionistas and... More

A very nice bistro with an excellent choice of fresh seafood. I never imagined I would recommend anchovies but they are definitely worth trying here. Lobster and linguini was also excellent !! It's a popular spot so I think a reservation in advance is a must.....

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
