Stayed at the Novotel Ca Granda and discovered this gem of a restaurant the last night before I went back home. Ate here with an Italian colleague and the food was fantastic. The steak Fiorentina was to die for so was the dessert - a generous portion of panettone soaked in Grand Marnier and topped with creme patisserie. The red... More

Visited the place twice while staying in the nearby Novotel with my family. The place is plain and simple offering great pizza , pasta , beef and more. Whatever we ordered was excellent and the price is reasonable . A true local jam.

I have just had the great pleasure of coming across this friendly local restaurant while staying at the near by Novotel hotel. We were actually heading for a different place but it turned out to be closed for the holiday, and a kind elderly local lady pointed us here. We thought we would be in for a treat if this... More

I used to go to place pretty often, everything is delicious, both pizza and meat dishes. I just love the ambience; the place is mostly visited by locals and I suggest it to those tourists who want to taste and experience an authentic Italian dinner.

Nice local place, very busy most evenings. Visited with a friend who lives nearby. Great food and service, friendly to our young children.

Not a touristy place at all but one for the locals. My friend brought us here as it's near her house and it's the kind of place where there are few options (we didn't get menus) but they are done well. We had a vegetable lasagne (apparently the meat version is amazing) which was delicious and then a sizzling plate... More

I'm writing this opinion pretty lately since I was in Milano in July 2012. I was located in the Ibis Hotel viale Suzzani and we discovered this restaurant randomly. And it was an excellent surprise. It's a kind of family restaurant, with a lot of regular customers. The atmosphere is pretty friendly. The prices are pretty cheap for nice quantities... More

We with my wife were there at the lunch and expect really tasty pizza because we were in Italy :-) and our host sad that this is good place. I always thought that Italian pizza should be amazing and with full of interesting souses with basilica, oregano and etc. But that what we got in this pizzeria was not what... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
