We spent a magical night with my girlfriend in Sadler, served by Sadler himself, my girlfriend ordered a risotto and a pomodoro tartare to start with, and I instead ordered the Pesce menu, one dish richer than the other but I highlight the fish as the last dish for its texture its flavor and above all the presentation, to make it a more glamorous restaurant, a more glamorous atmosphere would be good but anyway it’s a nice place and the service was amazing. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and as a courtesy they gave us a candle to blow out with some very rich sweet desserts. The wine we ordered the Mauro vs, very nice and a little strong to raise the tone of the night…

Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had - ever. Balancing Michelin star excellence with actual enjoyment is tough but Sadler does it. Ambiance, cuisine, wine, service — all of highest levels. Cuisine is outstanding. But the differentiator? We had a great time and would go back! Chef Sadler greeted us and was present during our evening, explaining cuisine, serving some of his dishes. Truly exceptional and personal level of service. Sommelier Mario steered us to some amazing wines yet didn’t break the bank. We had a Barolo that was killer. Weeks later, in Decanter Mag, it was reviewed at 95 points. He knows his stuff. Thank you Chef and thank you Mario!

The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the wines they recommended which were a little unusual. The food was excellent. We had the fish tasting menu which started with an extra taste/bit of 5 items which we enjoyed and ended with all sorts of chocolates and deserts. It was a wonderful evening and I would be happy to go back and try the vegetarian tasting menu.

First things first. The choice of Spumante (Sparking wine) for a start was excellent. The red wine recommended by the "sommelier" as well. Interesting enough the person called sommelier did not say a word about what the wines would taste like before we chose one, he just pointed to the wines on the tablet. So he hadn't really a function at all. The food really is mediocre. The starter was in it self completely unconsistent, some bites were nice others were overpowered by flavours of burned black bread. The other stars could not spark joy as well. This continued to the main dish: pigeon. The quality of the bird was amazing and it was cooked very nicely. In contrast to that was the rest of the dish; the sauce of capers, black olives and tomates was way too strong in flavour and didn't match the pigeon at all. The grilled salat as a side just tastes burned, overpowering as well. There was some cartilage in the dish as well. A pasta dish really amazed me. It was completely uninspiring and the pasta was not even al dente but quite the opposite. Being in Italy this is bewildering. The "Saint-Honoré" was a joke. The topping was average but the pastry itself isn't worthy to be served. In Italy or France every pastry shop would have done better. The sweets after the dessert were the only thing apart from the pigeon itself that one would expect to be served in a Michelin starred restaurant. It is tragic that this restaurants has so many good reviews, and a comic experience if you compare the level of expertise with what you would expect for the reviews/price. I really have to say this is the only restaurant with a star that doesn't know how to cook above average that I witnessed so far.

Went with my family and we chose to go with the la carte menu, not the tasting one, as soon as we chose it we noticed that we were treated differently, waiters were not checking on us and it took a very long time for us to order wine, water etc. Sometimes we even had to get up to get water or to call a waiter. Not what you expect from a Michelin restaurant. They should not serve and treat clients differently if they are not choosing the tasting menu. Would not recommend and will not go back.

I thought the restaurant was much better at its older location. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very pretty. My complaint is with the food. First they served far too many breads and amuse buche. By the time you ate them you were full. Then came the first course which was foie gras which was mediocre. They tried to do too much with it re different flavors so you did not know you were eating foie gras. Main course risotto and similar. They overwhelmed it with different flavors which I personally did not like. For dessert had gelato and that was superb. A good restaurant but you can do better in Milan. I would not recommend

We were there after more than an year due to insane block that has hurt a lot of restaurants. Place is cared as usual: business lunch with space e and care. Chef Sadler is present in the room and likes to speak with hosts. We got a combinations of standard proposals and something a la carte. nice presentation and taste. Waiter clever and professional with a decent cost you can eat very well.

Good food, But terrible service!!!! Went with my family, asked for a 2nd bottle of wine to the sommelier But it never came…. And we werent offered desert Do not recommend And Will never go again !! Definitly not a service for a Michelon Star

The room they put us in what not as pretty or fancy like the resturant itself. And the food was not as good as we hoped. The waiters was polite and everything, we just know that they did not have enough people to serve us and the rest of the resturant so things took a bit long. We waiter forever for water. Some of the food was amazing, but not enough to give the wow factor we where hoping for.

This a really special restaurant, with a very creative chef, Claudio Sadler, that was even helping serve the tables. It was white truffle season and a tasting menu offered delicious dishes and the truffle was selected and shaved by the chef himself. It was a great experience.

Sadler is at the top of the charts on our list. Best tasting menu at a Michelin starred restaurant-hands down. They have re-invented the humble bread stick! We spent the next 3 weeks in Venice and Lake Como craving their bread sticks. The service was perfect. Niece has very particular cocktail needs-the som disappeared for 10 minutes-but came back with her perfect drink-beautifully presented on a striking black platter. All of the plating was beautifully inventive. And every dish was packed with flavor-we have had many tasting menu dishes at other restaurants that had little or no flavor-so we were very pleased. Tiny strings of deep fried potato in the shape of a rose; an ice cooked egg with truffle pearls and mozzarella souffle; rabbit and scamorza cannelone with scampi on top (our favorite dish)-to name a few tasty bites. Looking forward to our next visit-even if it turns out to be an exact replica of our first dinner.

had dinner in four people. Booked the menù in advance. Service highly professional and timely done in spite of the 10 courses. Each course was accompanied by a suggested wine selected by the chef. Food and wine melted in harmony. Everything excellent except the egg cooked on ice which was not my favorite.
