I recently was hosted for dinner at La Cala with some business associates. Our host knew the owner quite well and knowing that I am a fan of everything Sardinian, he brought us here. The local was nicely decorated with hints of Sardinian architecture and art. Tables, draped with fabric tablecloths and nicely set, were adequately spaced apart from one... More

At the outset, I will concede that our experience was unique and that, if we had just been hungry tourists, our experience well could have been less. But I'm not complaining. Our group of eight was hosted by a long-time friend at "his" restaurant. We never saw a menu. He decided on the food and on the wine. It was... More

We stopped in this osteria for an early lunch after visiting the Etro factory, which is down the street. This is a Sardinian seafood restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and had a delicious lunch of fish pasta and salad. After lunch, they served complimentary cookies and a Sardinian mint digestivo which was a very nice touch since we obviously were... More

Very traditional and cozy Sardinian place which is very popular among locals. Wonderful selection of frech sea food everyday and home-made pasta. Recommended to book in advance due to a number of regulars..

This is a restaurant that leaves an impression: very nice ambiance, friendly and professional staff and foremost: great seafood. Tipical Sardinian dishes. Staff advises on portions to share (when ordering several courses) and accompanying wines. Acceptable pricelevel. This was my 2nd visit and I will definitely return when in Milano.

Definitely my favourite fish restaurant in Milano. Excellent food and excellent service. Their Antipasto Crudo (raw fish orse d'ouvre) is a must! Also the mixed fry of fish is perfect, not an extra drop of oil, which often is a problem with fried dishes!!

I have been here several times. Fish is excellent (this is one of the places in Milano where it's worth taking an appetizer of raw fish slices), cooking follows traditional Sardinian recipes that I love; so nothing to say about it. The place is small but quiet and elegant, the personneel (apparently from eastern europe, except for the owner who... More
