Great reviews. Sorry. Indifferent food and service. Tried to like it. Would not recommend. Again, sorry. Tried.

So glad we booked a table, tons of people were turned away while we were walking in. Excellent service, friendly staff, the tasting menu (the cod oh my) at 35 euros is so good and the wine list (bible) is off the scale. A good...mix of Europeans, couples and families which made for a fabulous atmosphere. Some outdoor tables available. We will return next time we're in Turin. Bravo!More
We both had the taster menu and it was fantastic!!! Every dish was freshly prepared, local produce with a unique flavour and expertly paired by the enthusiastic and knowledgable sommelier. The service was excellent and the taster menu was really good value for money. Would...highly recommend this fabulous restaurant.More
Great atmosphere, good menu, best vitello tonnato we had during our holiday in Piemonte. Good price/quality combination and very friendly staff
Very authentic, great food, great staff! Just perfect! The dishes are local and absolutely tasty! We had a great time and I hope I‘ll be back soon! GO THERE!
Excellent food, good quality and very reasonable pricing, interior space is charming, very nice service. I recommend the tartare and agnolotti, delicious! Thank you!
We were in three, two of us ordered fixed lunch menu and the other only one antipasto. The second dish (part of the fixed lunch menu) arrived 40 minutes late after I have reminded them there was a missing dish. Portions were ridiculously small. The...bill was €75 for two fixed menu, one appetiser and three glasses of wine and two coffee. I find it outrageous, we were charged for coperto €3 each, two of the wines were outside the wine menu €7 per glass. I think its day light robbery. If it’s fixed menu with two dishes and a glass of wine, the least you could do is give back the different of the price of the wine and absolutely not charge ‘coperto’ for fixed menus seeing that the price is already outrageous for such a crampy place without air condition. Will never go back. I think you are out of your mind. And please do something about your toilet. I think it’s embarrassing.More
We were3 friends, and everyone enjoyed this meal. Our only problem was that the air-conditioning was not great. The food was excellent. We tried the fixed menu and ordered extras. It was all delicious!! The pasta, the meat, the fish, the dessert, even the house...wine was great. This was an excellent choice!! nMore
A fantastic and cozy spot in the middle of Turin. Recommended to anyone who wants to try it out incredible food and a quite good price
We had the most delightful evening here. Service was professional and welcoming and the set menu we chose superb. From the moment we entered we relaxed and smiled - each dish served was exemplary. On the night we visited one of the dishes on the...set menu was beef cheek. It was sublime as was the best pannacotta I have ever eaten. Highly recommendedMore
Outstanding place, friendly and attentive service. We were 8 friends and all had the 5 course set menu. An interesting experience accompanied by excellent wines. Quality of the food and its execution impeccable. It is in my to redo list. Thank you!
Scannabue had everything I love in a restaurant. It's got a classy but comfortable, unfussy ambiance where you feel right at home. It's both old school and energetic, with attentive and professional service. They have a good wine list -- we had a spectacular blanc...de noirs bubbly -- and the food is well worth the Michelin nod. The ingredients -- especially the seafood -- were fresh and of the highest quality and the traditional Piemontese food was made with an expert hand. You can tell this place is frequented by locals just as much as visitors. Loved it.More
Excellent food, atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff who knows what to recommend and how to pair food and wine. Definitely go for the lunch menu. Veal cheeks were divine.
This was a wonderful surprise near our hotel area... We only get to book a table for 22h sunday night but it was more than worthy! Among many delights we have the pleasure to be waitered by the sweet Renata, that was so kind to...us and to make sure we had the greatest experience. Thank you again and our congrats to this top cuisine place.More
I had dinner there a couple of days ago, while on a business trip. I selected Scannabue based on the Michelin guide's review, coupled with a location convenient to me and the possibility of dining outside. I could not have chosen better for that evening....The food that my companion and I had was excellent, and we both left impressed. We had vitello tonnato, rabbit preserve & salad, venison & grilled eggplant, and ravioli with plin, plus desserts. At 76 euros in total, including water and two glasses of wine, I am more than impressed: I am astounded. Well worth it.More
