We first went here 20 years ago and always go back when we are in Venice. The menu is typical tratatoria and the food of excellent quality, but it is the atmosphere and especially the garden that make it special. The gentlemen that run the...More

The service is great. The portions are small. The food is nothing to write home about. The priced ate typically venetian high. We were a group of 15 and came away happy and semi-hungry. The piazza is a great seating place. Lovely atmosphere.

We bumped into this restaurant by walking around. We had a lasagne and pasta vongolé. The lasagne was a bit too small but good. The pasta vongolé was large and delicious. Cheap prices, staff is friendly.

Great location in a relatively quiet square. Pleasant friendly service and tasty food. Not expensive. And not a tourist trap.

The food is OK without being noticeable. The service is Venetian, meaning bare minimum. The prices expensive as any other such centrally places location. No air con inside. I started to get used to the 2 or 2.5 euro copperto in Italy. Here it is...More

I've eaten here several times over the years when staying in the neighborhood and have always had a good experience. It's not high end dining, but the seafood pastas and risotto have always been fresh and well made. The courtyard has pleasant seating when the...More

In short: avoid next time. Pizza almost like chewing gum. Spaghetti very fat. Low quality for tourists.

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six

neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the
markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi)
stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San
