Saw this restaurant with my wife for our last meal in Venise. Written everywhere first pizzeria in Venise so we went in. Really nicely decorated warm. Our waitress was friendly but the restaurant manager very cold. We order wine and a starter to share and...More

The pizza here was very good. They have a quite creative dishes that give to the traditional Southern Italian recipes an Anglo-Saxon name. So if you try Fish&Chips here try to see it with Southern Italian eyes

This is a very strange review to write as it is a combination of very good things and very bad. Firstly, the welcome was very good, and the restaurant looks very nice inside. Next the menu is very confusing, telling me about the history of...More

The restaurant concept is more touristic than traditional. The too many choices on the menu (pizza, pasta, burgers, tapas, meat, seafood) are indicative of the international style of the restaurant. The food in general was ok, mostly the pizza was nice. If someone is looking...More

We didn't eat at the restaurant but our party of 6 enjoyed the bar. The very friendly and outgoing host/waiter met us at the door and settled us into a nice table in the window. Seriously great cocktails and playlist, plus super nice staff!

My husband and I both ordered the tachos (just for a little change from our pizza and pasta diet!). They were absolutely dripping in oil, it almost covered the plate. The atmosphere was quite nice and the service was okay but certainly not amazing.

Enjoyed a nice pizza lunch with my wife at Conca d’Oro - mine was delicious, but even better the gluten-free pizza my wife ordered was delicious too! Reasonably priced (for Venice) and the service was friendly. We may be stopping by again before we head...More

This restaurant was just around the corner from our hotel and seemed to be a bustling hive of activity, so we thought we would give it a go. As tempting as the 2metre long pizza was, we stuck with a couple of regular sized ones...More

Really difficult to find your way through all the different menus and what you will and won’t be charged for with most restaurants but here you are paying for what you order. I think the prices are a little higher because of that but at...More

Castello is the largest of the six sestieri

Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated
within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over
one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime
neighbourhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side
streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals
