Very nice experience in the center of Palermo, friends suggest us and it was a nice surprise. Very high quality of the fish, not common tastes and excellent service. For sure I will come back, highly recommend.

After a few mediocre touristy meals in Palermo central roads, we decided to diversify a bit and do some quick online research. Finch Sushi looked intriguing, so we decided to give it a go and what a revelation that was! Not only was the best...food we had in Palermo, but also one of the best Japanese restaurants we have been to! It was that good, that we needed up eating there two evenings back to back! Definitely fantastic food. Sushi with fried calamari on the top are absolutely winner, must try 😉 So friendly staff from waiters to head chef and all of them are perfectly speak English which unfortunately not happening too often in this lovely city. We were looking for an alternative to pasta and pizza and were very happy to find Finch Sushi. The food was great - spicy edamame, spring rolls and two different sushi rolls.
