Great choice of Sicilian recipes, with great execution (I loved their spaghetti with Riccio di mare - sea urchin). Good choice of wines. The antipasto “Poseidon” (fish based) was lacking a little bit of fantasy but great ingredients

Went here on Christmas by chance when the place I made a reservation for was actually closed. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Paolo was the best, nice and funny.

Walking distance from hotel, setting was simple and pleasant. Ordered a bottle of Nero D’Avola that was solid. The assortment of Panelle! Fries and seafood was ok. The selection of Bruschetta was better. Olive spread was our favorite with the tomatoes a close second. Wife...had Seafood Risotto which was full of seafood and tasty with a light touch of tomatoes. I had the Swordfish, tasty and flavorful. Service by Paolo was attentive without being obtrusive. Staff was friendly and congenial. Recommend and would return.More

We had lunch at this place and was served by Paolo. He’s so warm, friendly and polite. We had a great first meal in Sicily. We had Uni pasta, seafood risotto, raw red prawns and my kids had bolognese pasta. The seafood was so fresh....Will go back again. look for Paolo!More

This lovely restaurant on a pedestrian street in the center of Palermo was so good we went back for more. Their chickpea soup was exceptional, their pizza and street food second to none and they went out of their way to prepare the traditional Pasta...Con Sarde for us. located between plenty of other cafes and restaurants, Il Culinario is very popular with tourists. a great choice of food, from a simple pizza to delicious secondos. we had a very nice lunch here and enjoyed sitting outside in the street.

The food was delicious.... fresh seafood and grilled fish. An excellent wine list. Really good service, attentive without being intrusive. A perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon enjoying local food.
