Overall I found Ora d'Aria to be stiffed and overrated. A plethora of Michelin star chefs in the kitchen and they could not come up with something of interest for a vegetarian. Going out of their way seemed such a great production which required an "emergency meeting" between the chefs and the waitress happening behind the glass doors of the... More

The food and service in this restaurant is really really great! Every waiter and waitress remember your name and all your choices. I have tried snail as the starter, the Maccheroni del Martelli with butter, sicilian shrimps and Caviar Calvisius as the first course and Crispy pig as the main course. Every ingrediants inside of the food match so well!... More

Amazing food and amazing service. Everything was just great. We are a family of 4, adults with a twin of 7yr old gals. We had a great time and most importantly the foods were amazing! We went tonight for our reservation, everything was excellent and smooth. The sitting, the sommelier and attendant were very good. We ordered the wild boar... More

If you appreciate the perfect placement of exquisite food on a spotless plate, impeccable service, a kitchen in full view so you can see white clad chefs in black toques then this is your place. If you prefer hearty food you would do best to go elsewhere. Fine art is never cheap nor is fine food: this place is expensive.

We visited Ora d´Aria on Saturday at lunch time and took the tasting lunch menu (35 euros) with the recommended wines (35 e) (the first one of them was a beer. We got 5 dished, 3 of them were perfect. I had one of the best pastas ever - maybe The best one. But the 2: one was boring and... More

Dined here on the 08 September 2016 for r our 10th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, exquisitely served and beautifully cooked. The restaurant is simply, but comfortably designed and the service is impeccable. The culinary experience was one of pure magic. Flawless!

Not to the level I would have expected. The bill got brought in a paper envelope and menus were not of quality paper or material. Food was bland e.g., (pappardelle ragu lumache) and the meat that we got brought cold. Service and the restaurant itself is excellent though.

We visited Ora d'Aria on a Saturday evening, we were lucky to be seated by the large kitchen window so we were able to appreciate in details the work of the 7 chefs, impeccably dressed, artists in a wonderfully organised and clean environment. The food was full of flavours, with an amazing opening - a modern version of the "crostino... More

We went there at lunch time and ordered the chef's choice of 5 courses. Two of them, the pasta dish (tortellini) and the desert, were very good, but the other three were quite disappointing. However the service was really attentive and simply nice, including the chef coming in person to say goodbye. I also liked that you can see inside... More

Marco Stabile makes his plates in style. As the Ferrari Trento DOC 2004 was poured and the little plate of beef mousse passed around, a great tasting event was unfolding. Plates: bruschetta in the form of eclairs, topped with white beans, bisque saucing; hand cut pasta, garlic and lavender saucing, twice cooked pidgeon, how juicy, how good, no cheese or... More

Ora d'Aria's impressive wine list features an excellent selection of Tuscan and French wines.
