Better than most of the schiacciata in town. It is really good for the value of money and all the ingredients are so fresh and yummy, but please don't expect it to be "the best thing I have ever had" thing.

really bad experience today, found a tiny guy with glasses that worked an Inferno with no care at all. No gloves, took eggplants with his dirty hands and forgot the zucchini. Too much spicy sause. Tasted awful. My fault, I went in the new one and not the hystoric one. Need really more attention on employers selection.

There was a constant line out the door and round the corner during the day but for good reason. A really satisfying and delicious lunch for just 5 euro.

I stopped in for lunch and got the porchetta sandwich to go. It was amazing! The portion was very generous and the 2nd half of my sandwich was just as appetizing the following day thanks to my hotel refrigerator.

These are the yummiest sandwiches I've ever had. Such fresh ingredients, such delightful smears of various condiments. The price is ridiculously good. Everyone in my group got a different kind to share, and each was to die for. We just kept looking at each other and sighing, "Oh my god," as our eyes rolled back in our heads. The experience... We saw a lot of people walking around eating their sandwiches while we explored Florence's main square by the Uffizi. We looked it up on trip advisor and saw the ridiculous amount of reviews it had and thought we should definitely stop. We got a little intimidated since everything was completely in Italian, but was able to figure out what... More

Yummy panino with fresh ingredients for just 5 Euro. Add house wine for 2 Euro and you are in heaven :) We ate here several times. Great if you are needing to grab a quick bite while traversing to your next location, or if you just want to leisurely plop down on the curb and sip on wine while people... More

Totally worth the endless line: these schiacciatas are divine, warm, generously filled with the best Italian ingredients, beautifully combined. Best sandwiches in the world, no joke :)

This extremely popular panini restaurant had long lines even during off season. It has 2 locations just across the street from each other. Be sure to order the panini with sauce (truffle or artichoke sauce on the summer sandwich are great choices) as it is a bit dry otherwise.
