We absolutely loved our meal which was truly authentic. The staff are friendly and tried their best to accommodate for language barriers. The florentine steak and potatoes were incredible!! Most definitely recommend.

We ate here 2 nights in a row we enjoyed it so much. The food is simple, well priced, great flavours! It's down a quiet Street, out of all the tourist areas. The ravioli with truffle was so good, rabbit and the sharing antipasto plate...More

A nice, small, neighbourhood trattoria. Everything was good, and the tagliata was exceptional: first class meat, perfectly cooked, great flavour. Good service.

Welcoming hostess made us happy from the moment we walked in the restaurant. Delicious food and wine. The place was full so make reservations. Good neighborhood away from the tourist crowd.

Fantastic restaurant, very welcoming and friendly. They offered to make Bolognese and ravioli pomodoro off the menu to accommodate our children. We thoroughly enjoyed our Tuscan meal here.

You cannot help but eat well in Italy but my dinner at Acquacotta was the highlight of my dining experience in Florence. I loved the pheasant ravioli with black truffle butter sauce and spit roasted lamb. Service was warm and attentive.

What's not to like? A family owned and run trattoria with great service and wonderful, typical Italian rustic cooking with the two glorious chefs working in full view - perfect. It's not for you if you're expecting geometric designer food in a crisp modern environment...More
