We decided to cap off our 10 day Italy trip at this location since it was attached to our hotel. Great choice- food fresh & well prepared, with attentive service & thoughtful wine selections. Very thankful to have such an accessible spot for a quiet...More

We had our anniversary dinner at this restaurant and chose the selected menu with wine pairing. What a fantastic "farm to table" meal. All the ingredients including wines are locally sourced and the chef walked us through each and every item personally. Each item had...More

What a great little gem in Florence. We weren't sure about going to this place... Considering there are lots of restaurants in Florence. I was trying to avoid tourist traps. So I checked this in tripadvisor. What a great experience. Very good service.. Not so...More

The food was fantastic...good, clean organic Tuscan fare. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a great accompanying white wine to go with our meal. This little restaurant is well deserving of the 2017 Michelin Plate rating! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Il Desco Bistro. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have plenty of gluten free and vegan options and can cook meals to suit any dietary requirements.

This was such a lovely restaurant, with wonderful staff and yummy food. It's all vegan/organic stuff, but it's well worth it - even my meat-lover dad survived! Book ahead in the day, as they do et full and hence turn people away.

We stopped in here on our way to the Accademia. The best lasagna I've ever had. The chef came out and gave us the recipe. He explained that everything on the menu was grown on their family farm and was fresh. We had a great...More

Food is tasty overall, just watch for the smaller than typical portions. Main dishes are 5, with favors certain taste/ clientele. The flavor deserves 5 stars just disappointed in the selection and portions.

We went there, because a friend recommended it. The food were just so-so. The waiter who served us was rude. We asked for olive oil and was told that it was very expensive. He asked us to order a toaster that would come with a...More

Best lasagne ever tasted and great prices! I choose the lasagne as a main and the zuchinni mousse as a starter

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

We are located in the historic center of Florence, between Piazza del Duomo and San Marco and we offer a simple and tasty cuisine, made with the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. We owned a small farm in Reggello that provides us vegetables, fruit and extra virgin olive oil certified organic by ICEA. For this reason our menu is seasonal and changes every three months according to the production of the garden. The focus is on offer vegetarian dishes and great attention is paid to the Gluten Free offer, almost everything on the menu is suitable for people with celiac disease! Limited offer of meat, but always available in most traditional recipes:)
