After reading so many reviews on TripAdvisor , I went to check out this place for myself . Service is fantastic and the waiters here explain in detail about each food and their service is second to none.

Brought to this restaurant by tour guide obviously on the take! Food was very ordinary the tiramisu was watery and cream tasted like it was out of a can!

I don't think I have been more hated by cafe staff in my entire life, and that was when we walked through the door!! This place will rip you off with poor food and despise you for it. Just keep on walking down this street and you will find something much better. Horrible.

Stopped here for a drink on the terrace. The cappucino (5 euro!!) was horrible and made up from old tap coffee and old milk. Upon complaint the waitress went really rude and shouting. Other guests just dumped the cappucini in the plants outside to avoid the discussion with the waitress. Just avoid this place, it's a complete disgrace for Florence.
