We literally ate as much as we could and spent €8 each (including drinks) so you can't really say fairer than that. The service was pretty slow- like I had all my plates and my boyfriend didn't get any of his till like 10mins later. Also wasn't the best Chinese I have ever had, but for the price it was... More

My Japanese wife, our two children aged 15 and 19, and I (Italian), have been meeting and eating here with our Brazilian friends (husband, wife and two children, aged 13 and 16), every other Sunday during the last 7 years. The owners, wife Yu Lin and husband Pin Fan, are very friendly nice people. PIN FAN is very shy, and always... More

The service was a bit awkward at first. The hostess/ waitress seemed annoyed when we arrived and we felt unwelcome. However we noticed that she treated the other customers the same way so it was quite funny to watch. The food was cheap and decent for what we paid.

We ate here during our holidays in Italy just as a one-time change away from the excellent Italian food. The result was disastrous. Firstly, the service is awful. The owner of the restaurant is not motivated, forgot orders, brought us wrong food and (after we had tasted it already!) took it away and gave it to another customer! The interior... More

We love Italian food, but after 10 days we really needed an asian fix. We were delighted that the staff at Rosticceria Casalinga actually knew what Chinese food tastes like, which is not always the case in Chinese restaurants in Italy. We loved the steamed dumplings and gong bau chicken. The restaurant is self serve. You set your own place... More

After searching for restaurants in the area that were open on Sunday night and had some vegetarian options we stumbled on this humble establishment...for. 32 euros five of us dined well. Our previous veggie meals cost 3x that much. Reccommended.

after a few days of Italian fare, my wife and I needed a change. looked up tripadvisor and saw this was the highest rated Chinese food in Florence. a small dinghy restaurant with a weird musky smell, that uses plastic utensils and plates (which you have to get yourself, by the way). you also have to help yourself to get... Wife and I happened upon this place , looks nothing special, but the food is wow. Definitely try the Singapore fried vermicelli and hot&sour soup. Food is cooked ( stir fried) fresh when ordered, this give the food a different smoky aroma as if everything were fresh off a BBQ grill. And that's the way it should be. Lovely. Price... More

After reading all the reviews, we decided to take a chance - and we're glad we did. We tried spring rolls and Vietnamese rolls for starters, both very fresh and delicious. We tried several rice dishes, a noodle dish, and curry & cashew dishes. EVERYTHING was amazing. Authentic fresh meals which were inexpensive and tasty. Don't let the plastic plates... More
