The food you expect while u walk around for Tuscany. The pure taste of this amazing region served with love in a cozy small restaurant just 2 minutes working from Piazza della Signoria! Super recommended

We recently visited this restaurant based on the amazing reviews we'd read on T.A. Unfortunately it was a real let down. My partner and I had a mixed meat and cheese platter to start, which was perfectly fine and very tasty. For main courses, my partner ordered a peppered beef stew with roast potatoes and I opted for a gnocchi... More

We were at this place for dinner. We waited for 10 mins to get a table. This place got a character in the ambience. The service was really good. There are not too many vegetarian options in this place. If you are a vegetarian and not big fan of cheese..this place is not for you. We ordered pork ribs and... More

4 person lunch with Fiorentinian steak and lamb plate. Portions arehuge and quite tasteful. We enjoyed also the melanzane with parmigiana. Wine is unexpensive and good. Strong selection of reds only 2 whits. Service was ok but not great. And the quality of the meat not top notch. Still would return

La fettunta is a small and traditional restaurant. The menu has a wide variety and the prices are really fair. The vibe is really cozy and the food was superb. We definitely recommend and looking forward to go back again!!!

There were no starters here so my husband and I decided to go for a first and second course (which we have not yet done while in Italy). The portions were generous and really one course would have done us! Each course was yummy and the pasta was really fresh. The meat course was substantial too, as were the sides,... More

We have been in this restaurant without restaurant and we were lucky enough to get a table. The menu has lot of choices, I took pappardelle with ragú, and my boyfriend took the gnocchi alla Sorrentina with fresh basil and mozzarella. I should say both the dishes were delicious, super tasting and fresh ingredients. We also took a dessert, it... More

I take trains from where I live to come here. This place has now become the only reason why I visit Firenze whenever I get the insatiable urge to masticate some juice dripping bistecca. Very cheap compared to other touristy places or fancy places but quality is not compromised!!! Tackle the most succulent, tender parts first, and ask them to... More

We walked here near the Uffizi, beat the line be being there right when it opened for lunch. Nice rustic look with the tables in the back. We ate meat, all 5 of us, cause if you order the Florentine steak you've ordered meat for 5 people. It was seasoned well with good flavor. Much like good US beef. We... More

We had the sausage, provolone and garlic sauce panini here at La Fettunta and it was out of this world. The bread was awesome as well. A must in Florence

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
