Having tasted many gelati in Italy, Coltelli has the most usual flavors and the most memorable tastes. For instance, I had a scoop of almond and orange flavor gelato, which tasted really like real almond and orange juice with pulps. There were small seeds in the blackberry gelato. I think I can tell if it is made from natural ingredients... More

We visited a lot of Gelato places in our lifetime and this place looked great but the taste was ok nothing special we ended up leaving half of it. It was too cold which gelato shouldn't be and the taste was lucking the umpf. Salted Caramel tasted like toffee but not caramel and it was no creaminess to any of... More

the most delicious ice-cream parlour in Pisa! It is actual homemade and Bio Ice-cream! The staff is kind and the prices are fair.

I came here with my brother because I was so curious that it appeared on a map as big as the name of the city. After we tried our gelatos we understood the reason. As my brother said: 'the best gelato I have ever tried in my life'. Everybody who visit Pisa must go there!!

Really good quality ingredients, surprising new tastes, not too much sugar, rather light. Try carruba with a bit of whipped cream on the top - my favourite. Climb up the little wall across the street and enjoy your gelato sunbathing with a river view. Portions are a bit stingy. CLOSED IN WINTERTIME? We tried a couple of times this February... More

This place was recommended to us and the gelato here was excellent, full of fresh fruit flavors, immaculately clean and wonderful service with a smile. We came back again and again and our waistlines may never recover!

Our friends in Pisa took us here insisting that we would love it. And we did. And we kept coming back for more. They serve traditional gelato as well as sorbet, granita and biscotti (ice cream sandwiches). The flavours are really interesting and delicious, for example pear and cinnamon; almond with lemon peel; and red grapefruit. If you're not too... More

We'd been travelling in Italy for a while before coming across this gelato bar. Comparisons were favourable: dedicated gelato bar, check; no stupid flavours, check; no decorative fluff (on gelato or in restaurant), check; massively delicious and creamy gelato, CHECK. The best gelato we've had in Italy so far.

I had macadamia nut gelato filled with crushed and larger bits of nuts...it was so good! They only use natural ingredients so it's good for you too!
