We were so thrown off by the "pub" description. This place had AMAZING bruschetta.... and BURRATA. Soooo incredibly affordable too. We completely loved it. Our prosciutto & artichoke bruschetta was €7! Enough for 3 people.

Echoes is a bit off the beaten path in San Gimignano, so I was expecting a bit more eccentricity and a cooler vibe. The place played rock music (ZZ Top, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin) but the beers were not cold enough and the owner, while pleasant, is not necessarily going to have a sit down with you. We did receive a... We went two adults and two kids (ages 5,8) for dinner. It was a small cozy place with a great ambience. A hidden gem. :-) They only serve bruschettas, but they have 65 types to choose from. We had four big bruschettas, which was plenty for the four of us. The kids loved the green apple juice and we loved... More

This was, hands down, the worst good we have had in two weeks worth of travel throughout Italy. All of the dishes, from the salad to the bruschettas, were obviously made with frozen and pre-canned ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if absolutely everything was bought at Metro. Add to that the quite elevated prices (on par with other, albeit a... More

Having sought out this small restaurant we were not disappointed. There are dozens of bruschetta to choose from so just closing your eyes and pointing seemed like a good option. It is unlikely there would be disappointed whatever a finger landed on. A very fresh smoked salmon salad and the appetiser plate of mozzarella and meats were also good and... More

Sensational food and most interesting host. Apart from his local food knowledge, we talked about wasted youth in night clubs and bars as well as motor cycles, cars, electric vehicles and perpetual energy. Ultra-satisfied!

What a great little place this is! Music and atmosphere are fantastic. Try and chat to the owner about music, wine, food...anything really! The food is lovely, the wine even better. It's small and gets full quickly so get there just before 7 to eat in the evening. Once you are there you aren't rushed at all. Highly recommended this... More

Our group of 12 stumbled upon this lovely restaurant while meandering the streets of San Gimignano. What a hidden gem...its in a very quite street far away from the main tourist sites. Perfect for a relaxing lunch. The owner, Piero (hope I got it correct) is a charming guy and a big fan of Pink Floyd (check out his poster... More
