This may of been our best meal while in Italy for two weeks. Very quite, not crowed, mostly locals eating. Every thing we tried was just great. Would have eaten here every night, if we could have.

Menu was complete, offering many choices, and the pasta was excellent. Our wine selection was good too. It was a quiet night and so the four of us enjoyed our meals.

Good local food in a fantastic setting. Service is good and owners very friendly. Worth booking as it does get busy on times. Closed one day a week.

After entering through a rather obscure entrance, our group was made welcome in the large dining room. There was nothing obscure about the food however. We had bruschetta with ripe tomatoes, and pasta to start. The main course was a flaming pork roast. I also...More

The meet was undercooked so we sent it back to the kitchen, and it returned very overcooked. Strange plating with half a potato, a steak, and one shriveled lettuce leaf with brown spots.

Dining above the Roman ruins, which you can see through the glass floor as you enter the restaurant sets the stage for this restaurants dining atomsphere. With an excellent choice of Italian favorites, served professionally, and with music in the background it makes for a...More

We stumbled upon this restaurant during walk around the mediaeval streets and thought the menu interesting, and the fact that Rick Stein recommended the place did not put us off. The waiter was friendly and helpful and the choice of food look good. There was...More
