The fondue tastes very good, but it's also the heaviest I have had in Geneva. The cleanliness of the place is what it is, but if you don't mind that you can spend a nice time eating fondue with a lake view.

Out on the Quai it catches the last of the evening sun. A very popular spot. Serves fondue and a dish of the day and a few other things all inexpensive especially for Geneva. Nothing fancy but the food was good and it appears to be byo wine but the bar prices are also reasonable.

Decided to break our journey to the airport and have dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Location could not be beaten with stunning views of lake, city and mountain. Excellent food belies the simple setting. Plat du jour is incredible value - not just by Geneva standards.

Very good and fresh oysters and a house white wine made my day. Great view and simple setup. Could be a little more friendly, though (maybe language barrier).

Casual "buvette" at the lake baths. Winter they serve fondue in the evenings, also available at lunch on Sundays. It's a"first come..." kind of place and you have to find a spot to sit before they bring the "caquelon". Friendly atmosphere and saying is large tables (some with benches) so easy to make contact/conversation. If you're lucky with the weather,... More

If you have less then 24 hours in Geneva, like we did, then you should seriously consider this place. We wanted to experience an authentic fondue dinner, and this establishment provided exactly what we were looking for! Four of had fondue for 3 (more than enough), a plate of fresh oysters, wine and drinks and the bill came to about... More

I visited here on a sunny Saturday for lunch and it was great, and also full of people. Very good cheese fondue. The restaurant is rustic, so do not expect much in terms of service or decoration. It is basically a self service place with long tables and benches. And good food! The view over the city is also good.

You just can't beat this place for drinks and a bite to eat. This cash only venue has lots of seats and loungers and serves wine, beer and fondue as well as plates of charcuterie and crudités. Just a wonderful place to watch the world go by and the drinks are very affordable. I could sit here for hours. A... More

An excellent choice for Geneva! We camewith my son Sunday night to get a bite. We sat out, it was a bit cold but it was fantastic! All the town in front of you! The place is both for residents that come for a small walk and to get a bite, as well as for visitors that are given the... More

Went to eat at the brains des paquis a few times in September last year. This place is stuffed with people. Totally crowded- but people know where to go !! Located on some sort of peer right in the middle of lake Geneva, happy people having quality time, lights, the lake with all its ducks and swans, most delicious cheese... More
