The sushis are always really good and not too expensive 8-9CHF for ~6-8 sushis. There are a lot of choices like Bento, salads, shrimps, and son on. Situated in the center of Lausanne.

My son and I love to go here for lunch. Part Asian grocery, part eat-in cafe, Uchitomi has a great selection of foods and household items mostly form Japan. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and for what you get, well-priced. Good for quick take out as well.

Uchitomi is a short walk from the Butini tram stop on the #15 line, two stops away from Gare Cornavin. More of a Japanese grocery than a restaurant, there is a large and pleasant dedicated seating area where one may sit down and consume items bought in the store. Food is prepared on site and in sight. There is a... More

I was on the lookout for something easy and relatively inexpensive for lunch near my hotel before heading to the train station. I had been in Geneva a few days and already had a craving for something Asian, preferably Japanese. The place didn't have a very big selection of bento so I ordered the lunch special at the register which... More

I've been going to this place since before they moved , because it is fresh, the people are nice, and Japanese. Imagine that. It is authentic and provides a huge variety of foods and other articles that may be of interest to any Asian food aficionado. The sushi is made exactly as it should be . The rice is perfect,... This supermarket/canteen style place is quite cool to have lunch and shop for some japanese groceries. Not a place to come every day because as most sushi, it can be expensive! Its rather a self service place so don't expect anyone to serve you.

A mouthful of Tokyo! The sushis feel fresher than anywhere else in Geneva: no debate there! Large choice of Japanese products and fresh food, for good value.

This is a convenient self-service shop. We use to go there for shopping Japanese things and have sushi. It is not cheap but good quality. The sushi rice is very well cooked and tastes good. One can notice that this is a real Japanese shop/food. There are many delicious mochi as well. It is easy and good for a quick... More

Uchitomi is a new addition to the wide offer of markets catering to the asian community in Geneva. Also it is unique in the cleanliness, wideness and ample offer of japanese products as well as the small dining area with the dish of the day or some menu for take away that you may eat in the premisses. All typical... More
