Food great, terrible service! We spent 3 hrs here waiting and waiting for food, drink, anything! We were walking past and asked if there was room for 6 and were told that there was (even on valentines night) BUT we should have been told that instead of 3 waiting staff there was only one who was also very new. The... More

This restaurant is far away from being Mexican. The portions are little and the taste is even worse. You order food and you get it in an hour or so. Also the service is not friendly at all. They don't smile and on top of it it is also expensive for what they deliver. I deffinately would not go again.... More

I'm not a fan of the restaurants in Schaffhausen and this is also not a gem. Food is reasonable, bit too much cheese and not authentic Mexican (like Italian food is not authentic in Schaffhausen as well). I had burritos and colleagues had enchiladas both not brilliant but fair. Price is like other restaurants, 85 franks for 2 starters (Mexican... More

Nothing Mexican in there other than the decoration. The nachos were very few and burnt. Nearly no cheese. The beans were burnt as well. No jalapeños as indicated in the menu instead. The quesadilla was very disappointing as well. It looked more like a poor lasagna, and it didn't taste like anything else other than the minced meat itself. Never... More

This was truly the LEAST authentic Mexican restaurant we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Enchiladas tasted more like lasagna than enchiladas, tacos tasted exactly the same as enchiladas, cocktail de camarones was a shrimp salad (on salad leaves) served in a cocktail glass. We got the impression someone tried to recreate Mexican food by looking at some online photos of... More

We are here 2 times while staying in Schaffhousen. Everything was great - service, great salad, good quesadilla, good atmosphere.

Never having been to Mexico I'm not sure how 'authentic' some of the cuisine is but who doesn't love hot chips as a side dish?! :) The fajitas were delicious, they looked slightly overcooked when they arrived at the table but they were very good. The chicken was moist & well seasoned & the fajitas were soft. The chicken mole... More

The owner's tried to make it authentic with the Yucatan decor. Large choice of items on the menu. Slightly over the top on the tanginess and saltiness - more so then one would encounter in Mexico even (let alone what the Americans consider authentic Mexican fare, which is anything but) Service is ok. The place can get stuffy at times.... More

Food OK, not amazing quality but also nothing to complain about. Service friendly. If you need a mexican fix, OK to go.
