Went as a family, and we all shared a cheese fondue, meat platter and salad. Delicious food, plus the waitress was lovely and joked around with us in various languages. Can't recommend strudel enough. Quite a boozy fondue which suits my family...

Reasonable prices for Zermatt...one of the few not white table cloth places with great European and Swiss specialties....more home cooking style. Great find recommended by a local to us.

Came here with a group of five and was seated immediately. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The fondue with herbs was amazing and I definitely got my fill of fondue here. They also brought us extra potatoes and bread when we ran out at no extra cost. The rosti with egg and cheese was delicious and the veal... More

No matter how full this place looks, there is always room for more. Small bustling cafe offering local fare. Rostis and Omelettes are good. Welcoming staff are always up for a laugh and a joke. Great for a quick meal at lunchtime.

This place looks like a great, quant Swiss style restraint all warm and cozy so we booked it for our wedding anniversary while in Zermatt. The menu is fine if you want fondue or a Rosti but outside of this there is very little. We ordered two chicken schnitzels and fries. The fries were tasteless and the chicken wasn't much... More

We visited the Du Pont twice in our short visit to Zermatt because we loved it so much! We went with a large family group and were made to feel very welcome. The warmth and smell of wonderful food hits you as soon as you step inside this traditional restaurant. Four of us ate the fondue (we had it again... More

Came here on NYE and the place was kind of dead. Heard about the raclette and tried to order it, but the waitress said I couldn't order it then. What we could order was overpriced and a too salty.

We found this place by chance during our stay in Zermatt, and we're glad we did! The interior is cosy, the staff are friendly, patient and helped us with our food choices. We had a delicious cheese fondue and chicken schnitzel with fries which we got instead of a rosti but it was delicious as well. Apparently this is one... More
