Pairing the Pedina with the Brune made for a great combination! As there aren't too many places to get a good beer in Lausanne, I often find this place packed. The staff is very friendly, which is another reason I find my way back here when visiting Lausanne.

You either go to the "Chateau" for the own brewed beer or for a late night pizza / focaccia, or ideally of course for both. The ginger beer and IPA are personal favorites but all beers are fabulous. Relaxed casual & young atmosphere. An Institution. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

We're here on a regular basis for their beer's a real beauty, especially the Indian pale ale. Occasionally some experiments of Belgian style (such as apricot beer). Quite tasty pizzas as well ! Noise level can get quite high at times...

Excellent pub in the heart of the city. Homemade beers, cider and whiskey. One of the few places in town where you feel welcome and are allowed to have drinks during dinner hour. Lots of vegetarian pizzas - try the Chateau with arugola or the Katsika with goat cheese. The vegan pizza is an absolutely delicious vegetable pie - totally... More

We met some local people and they brought us here, what a nice bar/brasserie. Good beer and very nice staff. We already had dinner but the menu looks good.

There are very few tables available for eating, in the evening, but the atmosphere is really nice and the service very friendly. Pizza dough is not good and some toppings may be industrial but the beer is good.

They have very good pizzas and their own beer at a very attractive price. However I noticed a strong smell on the whole place from the open pizza oven that really stinks your clothes. They should definitely improve their ventilation, especially in winter.

Nice local place with great ambiance. Came on Saturday night and found a table. Most people ordered the delicious looking pizza (around 13-18 CHF). Most beer was about 8 CHF for pint...good selection and decent. Very friendly staff.

Eat her tonight for the first time and i really enjoyed that atmosphere. Lively and inviting. Just off Ripon and close to the Great Escape Pub that centre of expat life here. Pizzas were good and beer went down well. all brewed on site. Service was fast and efficient. We were made feel welcome and language was not a barrier... More

artisanal micro brewery with cool, priced beers, home food style kitchen with creative pizzas, great salad kitchen, hip young crowd and fantastic atmosphere! Nice, easygoing place, friendly bar keepers and central location; hard to ask for more from a simple pub! A must in relaxed Lausanne
