Excellent, classy restaurant. Located “in the backyard “ of palice “het loo”. Menu with some surprising dishes. My partner was pleasantly surprised by the veagan menu they prepared (gave notice in advance). Extreem friendly and professional al staff, makes you feel real welcome. Definite recommendation

Delicious, fresh dishes, beautifully prepared!

The restaurant is next to Het Loo palace and (the terrace) is cozy. The service is friendly and explains the dishes. We opted for the 3-course menu (€42.50) and it is absolutely recommended! The dishes are beautifully prepared and fresh ingredients are used. The food is really delicious!

Tasteful surprise. Friendly service in an open ambiance/kitchen. Extensive menu with a choice of surprise menu - menu of the month or a la carte. Delicious dishes. Those that really test positive on the taste buds.

Disappointing vegetarian dishes

The atmosphere in the restaurant is fine, the service is good, but my vegetarian dishes were not surprising and very ordinary. The onion soup was good, but there was no twist that you would expect in a restaurant like this. With the variation of 6 small vegetarian dishes I again received a small glass of onion soup, something that could have been changed with a little more attention from the kitchen and service. Of the 5 other dishes, only the carrot tartare stood out. Some bread would not have gone amiss with this dish because at least there was one dish that was more of a bread spread than suitable for eating on its own. My colleagues who ate meat and fish were more satisfied.

Had dinner here last week with an old business friend. Upon entering we were kindly welcomed by a young man. Excellent table with unfortunately some sagging chairs near the beautiful open kitchen. Then we had a quick chat, but the service, especially the completely uninterested young ladies, were in a hurry to get us to order as quickly as possible. We asked for some bread but it was made clear that it would only come after we had placed our order…. Starter was fine but the main course of game was not only barely warm but also tasteless. We reported this and it would be passed on to the kitchen. The chef walked around the restaurant but was busier speaking to acquaintances than paying attention to this. The dessert of cheeses was served, but the girl who served it did not know which cheeses were available. This was tasty, by the way. In short, a reasonable experience, but nothing more. It was not worth the €80 per person.

We had dinner at this attractive restaurant with 16 people on October 27 and enjoyed the delicious monthly menu. One guest was vegan and that was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and nothing was too much. In short... I give it a 10+ Greetings from Ellen

Beautiful location. Friendly welcome. Probably Dutch customs, but unknown to us Belgians. 🥴 So very strange: *Would you like an aperitif? Yes, can we see the map? Card!? We don't have it 🤷 *We order a 3 course menu: Would you like a breadboard with that? And with the menu fries or a salad? 🧐 By the way, I had linguine with fish. This combined with fries???? It was nice👍 Pay for everything separately! With us, everything is included in one menu. 😃 None of this was mentioned on the map either. Not even the price of the adjusted wines. Weird! But it will certainly be up to us 😂

Really nothing to improve here. Great flavours, incredible wines, and the staff is the best: professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful evening and didn't spend close to what we thought we would.

Dinner with a business partner from the Nordics who stayed in the Bilderberg hotel next door. The reception was very warm. Staff speaks very good english and my guest was handed a menu in english without any question. Food is served quite fast, but not too fast. Starters good, Tournedos delicious. Great place, will come back soon.

What a team!

Yesterday a very pleasant evening in De Heerlijckheyt. First of all; The Dinner was very good, especially the codfish and the 'variety of starters' were really great! However we like to compliment especially the waiting staff very dedicated. Let's make the guestst happy! A real positive vibe! We enjoyed it really very much! For sure we will comeback when we are in Apeldoorn!

Early Christmas get together

Visited on a Saturday night with a group of seven. From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Welcoming was warm an friendly, the amuse-bouche was excellent and set the scene for the rest of the meal. We choose the 4 course surprise dinner with matching wines. The chef was able to take our different dietary requirements into consideration without any problems. The quality is the food deserves full marks and the matching wines were of exceptional quality. The service was friendly and efficient and with a total cost of €62 per head the value for money box gets a big tick. Special mention for the vegetarian menu. Extensive and innovative and of very high quality. Highly recommended!!!

Good restaurant according to Dutch standards

We were there in February for a business / relach dinner ... nice place, cosy place, fresh food, nice drinks ... but can only be considered as exceptionnal, fabulous, fantastic, ... by persons having never eaten in a very good French, Belgian, Italian, Spanish, ... restaurant. One can notice they are doing efforts to reach the level of their "colleagues" from other countries but there's always something missing .... Anyway very good for a Dutch restaurant ... but poor or average compared to very good restaurant from one of those countries
