What a great evening! Bussia is a nicely small and intimate restaurant with a airy feel, tasteful decor and relaxed atmosphere. We arrived here bit early and were greeted and offered our table immediately. The menu looked delicious and decided to have 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing, excellent choice. Dishes were beautifully presented and the taste took me... More

Everything about Bussia is just top quality: the food, the wine, the service! We have been to many fine dining places over time in NL, Europe and overseas, and Bussia is always a great place to come back to. It is a starred experience, and always keeps up the bar. One of the best places we know! Very very well... More

My husband and I selected the 6 course menu, although it was kindly adapted for us as neither of us eat meat and my husband is completely vegetarian. The overall experience was outstanding, the service was friendly and attentive, the wine menu had wonderful choices to explore and the food was quite simply divine. The Gorgonzola ravioli and the main... More

I went with my wife to this restaurant and the dinner was amazing. They create a selection of dishes from which you have to choose, so it is not possible to choose one by one, even though this creates a top culinary experience where you have a taste of the diverse creativity of the chef.

Was a great dinner! Well located in the 9 strassen Quartier. We have chosen the 5 course menu. All of them small portions, enough to taste and fell good. Nice service as well. I recommend

Very surprising restaurant !! Absolutely not a traditional italian restaurant even if inspired by Italy of course. Now the choice is quite limited as you actually have to chose between a 4,6 or 8 menu courses with maximum two choices by course (so be sure you'll enjoy the menu before you go), but what you get in your plate is... Why Italian cuisine is not working good when it tries to become 'modern'? I went to Bussia for the lunch. I loved the space and the service as well. Their wine list was very much impressive. The presentation of the food overall was good. But the course itself had too much cream after cream. I almost felt uncomfortable in my... More

Went here for our New Year's Eve meal. It was a set six course menu. The food was lovely and I would visit again to try the normal menu.

Good to be back. The menu offers many interesting Italian and beyond combinations and well considered menus, brilliantly executed. This, combined with a great list of Italian wines and enthusiastic staff make it a perfect place to dine.
