Reviewed yesterday NEW

Fries are big in Amsterdam. And of all the ones we tries, these were the best. We also tried several of the dipping sauces and the best was the fritte sauce which is pretty much a slightly sweet mayonnaise. The fries are hot and crispy and well worth any line. So yum.

It always has long queue and seems a popular place. Not sure if it is because the slogan they advocate "best frier in AMS" I tried after long wait and it was not bad. Chips well fried and they really give you enough sauce. The question is are they really the best? Chips are chips you may not feel too... More

Good but nothing great. First of all, we were walking by, saw a long line and signage that they were the best in Holland so decided we needed to give it a try. The line moves pretty quickly if you must try it but I would skip it and try something else especially if you don't want to wait. They... More

These are very good chips though not quite as good as those that you can get in Belgium, the range of sauces is very wide and the chip sizes are very generous.

Great fresh fries in a cone, be aware lines can be long but do move pretty fast. Try the special sauces available (at an extra charge but most are worth it). Great little snack option when walking around this amazing City, especially if you are headed for the shopping or sights. Well located opposite Centraal Station on Damrak Street.

We have tried fries at every corner of Amsterdam but this one close to central station on the Damrak street is the best fries in Amsterdam with amazing varieties of sauces. Their fries sizes are good so keep in mind while buying from here and it's not very expensive at all. You have options for spicy sauces if you wish.... More

Suggested by our tourist guide. Long queue but the service is fast. Kind of big portion (for me) but it is worth your mone; crunchy not soggy fries, with variety of sauces to be chosen

There is a reason there is always a line. The fries are so good and you have the option of adding a tasty sauce. Size options are small, medium and large.
