Simple, authentic, full-flavoured ramen in a cosy environment. Plenty of choice for everyone with including very delicious starters.

really great food - packed out with locals - but the service was really chaotic!! That didn't matter so much - we got our food - really good quality. its only been open a couple of months and we came across it by accident. But such a great atmosphere. Getting the service right i'm sure will come in the next... More

On a cold afternoon, the large bowl of soup was perfect to warm and fill our bellies. Service was decent.

I could hardly finish my bowl of ramen, and our kids (11 and 14) would have been better off sharing. House-made noodles, stock, very tasty, and quick service. It's a small place, so you may need to wait, and they close at 1500 and re-open at 1900, I think, but please do check. Highly recommended.

As a ramen aficionado, I'd say they served a respectable bowl of tonkatsu ramen -- decently rich broth, pretty tasty. But I'm a demanding ramen customer.

It's a tight little restaurant small tables. The back half of the restaurant has press board for walls with some painting hung here and there...looks half finished because the front as you walk into the restaurant is painted and remodeled. We sat across from the kitchen which also happens to be the way to the restroom...it can get a bit... More

The soups a very delicious and tasty. A lot of locals are there so it's a great insider tip. We joined them, because the queue in front of the door was quite long, but there is a simple list (a piece of paper) as a waiting list, which is nice and easy. Enjoy!

Staying in Jordaan

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordaan
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
