Looking for some late night food, we found ourselves at Salsa Shop. It's the Dutch version of the myriad burrito shops such as Chilangos, Tortilla, Benito's Hat and the like that have popped up all over London in recent years. But not quite as good. My veggie burrito was suitably stuffed to the rafters but the ingredients just weren't of... More

Great food!! We had the burrito. Lots of variations you can choose from to have your food, burrito/taco/salad or take away meal the way you want it! All ingredients are fresh. Really worth to stop by!

My girlfriend and happened upon this place while in search of a bite to eat before a movie. We wanted something light but somewhat healthy also. You get a large portion and the ingredients are not totally fresh but prepared that day. The food is good not great but worth going back for a second trip when I am back... More

We didn't look carefully and thought we were going to get a choice of Mexican dishes. But it is the conveyor belt approach to watching them make up your Burrito- right down to the similar baskets for everything and bags of tortilla chips. It has to be the same franchise somewhere along the line. I really couldn't tell them apart.

Came quickly before the Ice Bar. Food cheap for the area and good for lunch. Also good to see someone make your food for you. Also easy to make vegan which is what I was looking for.

This was a good quick and easy place to eat. You can take out or eat in. It is basically like chipotle. They do have a veggie option. The place was clean and service was good. They have plenty of salsa options so you can eat here if you like spicy food or if you can't handle spice!

Salsa Shop is very similar to Chipotle, and is really impressive considering its European location. I ate here after being sans Mexican food for three months, and it really hit the spot. I got the burrito bowl with steak, and added some guacamole. The steak was cooked perfectly, and all the ingredients seemed fresh. The guac is an extra 2... More

Wide selection of burritos, tacos, naked bowls and the freshest ingredients. Choice of meats or veggie style if you prefer. They prepare the burrito right in front you and you can choose your ingredients. Burritos are big and will fill you up. They make their own salsa which is quite tasty. Nice wide open canteen atmosphere and very friendly staff!... More

Your burrito is prepared right infront of you. The food tastes fresh and authentic and there is a canteen vibe. Definitely worth getting extra avocado.

Description
At SALSA SHOP, what you see is what we wrap. Come watch our super-chefs work their magic in the open kitchen at our first location in the heart of Amsterdam, just off Rembrandt-square. All our food is prepared in front of you while you wait, using the freshest & most natural ingredients that literally burst with flavor. For example, we marinate our tender chicken and mouthwatering steak in our tempting, secret adobo blend rub before grilling them to perfection before your very eyes. And our pork is 3* "beter leven" oven-braised "Livar" for hours until it's pulled apart tender and then pan-seared. We have plenty of space to eat-in, but you can also take our meals home. Whatever suits you, hombre(tte)! LOCATIONS: Amstelstraat 32, 1017DA Ferdinand Bolstraat 1, 1072LA
