Had a really good culinary journey when attending a business meeting here. Great quality of food, great quality of wines, great quality of service. This 1 Michelin star restaurant is a real gem. As they only have room for 30 guests you have to make reservations way in advance. But truly, planning ahead does pay out big time!!

My boyfriend and I are mega foodies and we had a fantastic time at this place.... it was a full evening of eating so I wouldn't plan much after eating here. The waitresses were lovely and we had five amazing courses of the most delicious food ever. Each course takes a while but due to the care and effort by... More

A couple of days ago, I visited the Lastage so I could have a great evening with my family, we made a reservation 5 days before this day, one of us had a birthday so we thought that this would be the right place to eat. However, this turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes i've made in... More

The place is small, both elegant and simple. The menu is short, which is always a good sign, and all dishes are exquisite. Portions are small, but they give plenty of small starters, macarons with the coffee. A sophisticated and delicious meal, at reasonable price.

Ate here with my boyfriend on Saturday night, arrived a little early but our table was ready. There were only a couple of other diners when we arrived and there was no music so felt uncomfortably quiet, however as the restaurant filled up this no longer became an issue. We were given a trio of amuse bouche's and bread and... More

Four hours and a half to eat 5 dishes!!! What is this a joke? I'm sorry but it's not for me. Of course at the end of the night everybody at the restaurant was drunk because is the only thing to do: drink or die of boredom. Moreover the wines are overpriced and no particulary good either. To start the... More

The restaurant is a great little bistro type atmosphere. The food was very good with feeling of personal touches by the chef. The wine list was small but has some very interesting selections. if you are in town definitively try this place.

Our daughters booked the tasting menu meal as a Christmas present for us and we had a wonderful evening in a relaxed setting. Every dish was beautifully presented with amazing flavours and wines carefully chosen to suit each course. There was no rush between courses allowing time to savour the experience.

Small restaurant near Nieuwmarkt. Cozy setting with good service (above average for Amsterdam standards ;-) The food was good, with nice flavours. Dessert was not that great, but I'd definitely go back.

Unfortunately, Lastage did not meet our expectations. Even more, we believe that they do not deserve one Michelin Star. Three main comments. Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow, understaffed. It took over 2 hours to have the main course in a 4 services format. When our glasses of wine were empty, we had to ask the waiter to fill it... More
