If you plan on going with a group and drink lots of beer with it, you're at the right place. Otherwise, I would make a small trip to Amsterdam if you're really looking for some good quality Japanese food. The price is all inclusive, but for quite a couple items on the list you have to pay extra. This makes... More

The sushi is just average, but Teppanyaki isn't all bad. Well that has hardly anything to do with anything else than they are made right in front of your face. The chefs do their best to entertain us. And fellow dinners are also positive side of the experience. If you want real quality sushi go somewhere else.

Sushi are poor/moderate of quality. You have to pay extra for the more interesting sushi. The teppanyaki was moderate and main ingredient was salt. We would advice you to look for better option if you want to feel happy about the bill Positive: it a great way to meet complete strangers.

The formula of 4 rounds of six small Japanese dishes is fun. So is the setting at the cooking area. The food is good. Variety of fish, meet poultry and vegetarian. The cooks are well trained. I find the fixed price of €27,50 on weekdays and €29,50 on weekends a bit expensive. We ordered tap water and were charged €2,50... More

We order from the menu 'a la carte' and after waiting around 45' we got our first soup. We ended up leaving the restaurant after so delayed service. The excuse from the rude waiter was that they were very busy with standard menus, although restaurant was pretty empty. At least the cooker apologized for the situation. Not recommended at all,... We've been to Sumo (nearby Japaneese restaurant) many times and gave nagoya a try. We took the menu. Food was ok but not as good as Sumo. Some servings were very small. Service was poor: it just took too long to get or orders and several times we got the wrong orders. And the restaurant was half empty at the... More

Though they have smaller selection from food compare to their competitor, I find it more delicious and the meats are with high quality. It's amazing to be entertain while they cook the food just in front of your eyes. Bravo Chef JR!!!
