Zwolle has the best restaurant of the Netherlands, the Librije, but also the best icecream shop, Salute. On any day they have approx 35 flavours. All icecream is freshly made in the store. Expect long lines, but they work swiftly.

The ice cream was very good. I ordered the banana and stroopwafel. First time I try these flavors but they were good. My daughter had the pistachio and it was excellent.

As a family of four we had about 10 different ice creams and all of them were delicious. The rich ones were very creamy and the fruity sorbets fresh. All of them had a very intense taste as you would expect it. Incredibly good!
