I went here last Sunday with my sister for lunch, I had stayed in the hotel before and had good memories - however it's changed and not for the better. We seated ourselves on the terrace as it was a beautiful sunny day and you get a great view over the strand and all that's going on. We seated ourselves... More

Impressive milieu, great view to the sea but we found out that only 2/3 of the menu offerings were really available and same with the vines. Food was good and service friendly but it took nearly two hours to get the food! Compliments to the restaurant that they deducted 25 % of the bill.

Disappointing Holiday dinner. I made a reservation in advance but they seated me in the lounge area instead of the restaurant then things went from bad to worse. I had to complain to three people before things got better. In the end the waitstaff in the lounge were very kind to me. But this was not the Holiday fine dining... More

We arrived for dinner at 7.30. We had previously booked the monday before. Throughout the night there were a grand total of seven couples there. The restaurant holds over 200 covers. There was seven members of staff milling around doing nothing. We had to wait half an hour for MENUS. The drinks (glass of wine and a water) arrived five... More

Great sea view, spacious, good chairs / seating. Large outside terrace located just above the boulevard. Good acoustics inside. Minus point: could be warmer inside, and no ice cream or such available

I went several times for afternoon coffee and sweets. Took a table by the window looking out on the beach. Staff was friendly but a little slow in service, but that is generally the pace in Europe. The Irish Coffee was superb... Real Cream on top!!

First impression upon entering the restaurant for high tea was: where is the table linen? No china cups for tea, but glass mugs. A real shame. Welcome on arrival could have been better: "we didn't expect you yet." When I rang twice to confirm the booking for the time we arrived. The soup was very nice, the cakes beautiful. The... More

This place looks a lot more high end than it actually is. It seems like they want to get more out of the place than they can. The staff and products are okay but the prices are really high for what you get.

I hate to write bad reviews, but this was seriously the WORST experience ever in a restaurant. It took 2 hours to serve the food. The Tabasco sauce had expired in May 2015. Give it a miss is all I can say.

The waiters were friendly but could not mitigate the fact that this restaurant which is situated in a very nice location with sea views, delivered a terrible performance. Two of the main courses dishes were not available (steak and bouillabaise). We ordered simple starters and main courses. The starters took an hour to get to get us, soup was luke... More
