Its the second time I go there this year. A real amazing concept as you don't know what they will serve you. Super bio with unknown (at least to me) vegetables and herbs. A real treat for our pallet.

Did not check anything before and was litterally floored by the quality, the originality and the discrete yet perfect service. The passion put in the plate is at the image of the setting: classy and subtile chic! Splendid

Certainly a gastronomically ambitious restaurant, but lots of work to do. A choice for a "innovative" bio etc approach, so in my view limiting the options to arrive at great dishes. Within that field the food was not exceptional in my opinion. The staff was disappointing as teenage schoolgirls without any formal restaurant training (as we experienced it at least)... More

It was tasty food in a nice atmosphere, but the portions were very small. In a degustation meal, we should not have to order and pay for a 18 euro small cheese platter to fill up. The table next to us had to do the same. The service was great.

An amazing place where you can only choose 2 menus... 6 courses or 8 courses. They don't tell you in advance what it will be. Everything is super bio, fresh, homemade. The tastes are extremely elegant, subtil, surprising, un feu d'artifice pour les papilles. Even their cheeses are homemade!!!!

Hidden away in a quiet street in Uccle, the Bouchéry needs to be sought out. It is not large, so ideal for an intimate meal for couples, or for small groups. There is no menu to pick from - you are brought each course in turn, from the amuse-bouches, through the various courses, to the desserts. We chose the 8... More

An excellent and inventive 4 course menu. The octopus and the lamb were particularly good, the 5 'amuse- bouches' which preceded innovative, essentially vegetarian. Quantities not large. Extensive wine list, but difficult to choose as they do not tell you what the menu is in advance - you have to trust the chef - although they do ask if there... More

As we live in the centre of Brussels we mostly go to restaurants closely. But once in a while we try something new a bit further away from the centre. So we went by taxi to Bouchéry in Uccle. The restaurant is very discrete from the outside. Inside it's very crisp, scandinavian, white and cosy. By accident we booked a... More

Unforgettable menu in old maison de maitre in UCCLE! We had very inventive 6 course menu degustation with the wine suggested to each of the dishes. Pricey but worth it. Highly recommended
