The dishes are original and delicious, the atmosphere laid back. The chef is friendly and explains if you ask. It's our favourite in Brussels by far.

Except for one tough and cold piece of duck, the food was very good and sometimes excellent. I chose the wine-included menu, which the waiter forgot until I reminded him, and then unfortunately forgot again, which made the synchronisation of food and wine a bit...More

We had a super evening at la Buvette. The concept: you go there to eat, but you have only one choice. The chef presents you with the menu and you can choose the 6 or the 9-course menu. You can also choose a vegetarian option...More

I noted only 2 reviewers used the word "vegetarian"in their reviews. This is surprising because when I looked at the set menu of 9 courses, only 1 course had meat included and one had deal included. Yet the menu stated explicitly that they are open...More

Can highly recommend. Choice of two degustation menus, one with less courses, one with more courses. Service was very good, helpful and friendly, and gently attentive. If you go here, be prepared to settle in for a few hours, sit back and enjoy.

What a wonderful dinner we had at La Buvette! We opted for a full menu (10 plates), and while some dishes were stronger than others, it was a very berry tasty experience. Beautiful between Japanese (mostly) and European flavours. I'm not much into desserts (usually...More

Such a great place! A bit away from the beaten track but definitely worth the 9 Euro it took us to get there from Grand place (or 30 min by foot) Entirely dedicated to natural wine (no chemicals, no additives, no intervention, no sulphites, no...More

Visited with a group of 7 colleagues. Arrived around 7:15 pm & finished just before 11 pm. We went for the 10 course deal for 64€. An interesting array of creations appeared. The wine. Interesting. Organic from Serbia. Fortunately it only tasted bitter whereas the...More

We heard a lot of good about this restaurant from friends, so we were very excited when going there. The 7 course menu is truly delicious and every plate is a little piece art for your eye with an explosion of flavours afterwards when you...More
