We decided to have a quick dinner somewhere, and ended up in this Vietnamese restaurant. The dinner was excellent, but far from quick. The waiter came for the orders in about 15 minutes, and the food took more than an additional hour to arrive. The atmosphere was not very special so the wait was not too nice.

We were out in the EU quarters for St Patrick's day and the pub was heaving which meant no space to eat. So we came across this place and decked out with rather large Guinness hats, asked if there was space. And yes there was. The guy who welcomed us was absolutely charming and couldn't stop himself chuckling at our... More

Just had lunch at this place. Near EU offices. Small space with odd get 'em thru the doors service model. Quickly Choose meal at door then out of the way fast to your table. Place was clean, food was fine, but not cheap. Then we had to push for the bill. They seemed reluctant to come settle the bill. Had... More

Good selection of dishes, good prices, friendly service. I had the chicken in black bean sauce with a side of rice, simple stuff but came out well presented, with a great selection of vegetables in the dish and was really tasted and just the right level of spice.

Everything is heated up in the microwave. Food is good, service is friendly, but their small portions are just too expensive!!!

The owner and manager is a really nice guy that does his best to accommodate every request , it's very authentic Vietnamese food, always fresh and clean. The dishes are really tasty . There is a small choice of vegetarian dishes which is incredibly tasty . The fish dish is also very good. I have not tasted the meat dishes... More

Friendly staff, nice meal, reasonable pricing. There are full of people both lunch time and dinner time. Their pho, soup noodles tastes something you would get in Vietnam.

LA BAIE D'HALONG started as a small caterer on rue Archimede before moving in April 2009 to rue Stevin 180, close to the Berlaymont . Parking is easy on the nearby avenue Cortenbergh. LA BAIE D'HALONG offers two clearly distinct formulae: fast and furious at lunch time and cool and easy in the evening. The restaurant's philosophy is based on quality, service and price.
