Visited Belgium and bought a chocolate travel pack for my family back home. We all agree that it was the best chocolate we ever had! The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The young lad who was working was amazing at what he Did, it wasn't like someone making a ice cream but more like an artist finishing off a master piece. Hopefully I can get another before we leave for home, would recommend that you try...More

Neuhaus Chocolate Factory was established in Belgium in the 1850s. This was the first shop to introduce pralines in Belgium in the 1920s. They serve all their classics to this day in their boutiques and shops. Worth a try!

The chocolate is delicious with many varieties to choose from. A large pineapple shaped chocolate sculpture is in the window. Worth walking inside to look at the variety and purchase at least a few pieces.

Very nice store with polite staff but the praline were not so impressive as we expected! Maube there are better choices than the ones we tried!

We were here on a quiet late afternoon. Staff were polite and friendly. We had plain milk chocolate, plain white chocolate and orange dark chocolate. They were nice but also expensive. Worth to try
