My boyfriend and I loved the steak! Wow, it was incredibly reasonable and so tender!! Richard our waiter made our dinner even more enjoyable! All of his recommendations were spot on and we loved his personality! I would highly recommend!!

The local sirloin steak served on a hot rock was incredible. As was the delicious glass of wine that accompanied it. I didn't love the roasted peppers or sautéed mushrooms we ordered to start but the steak made up for it.

Fantastic meal in Evora. Server Ricardo was most helpful in making suggestions. The filet was fork tender and flavourful. Boar stew with chestnuts was delightful. Wine fabulous. Loved it.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. Richard the waiter was very attentive, recommended the right dishes and wine, and hoovered over us all through dinner. Food was tasty, wine (his recommendation) was excelent, and service exceptional. Let yourself to be pampered.

Went here with a group of 10, having previously organised a group menu for 20 euros a head. We were well looked after by the staff and enjoyed a selection of starters, some excellent beef in red wine, copious amounts of the house wine and a plate of various desserts. Very happy to recommend this restaurant and am returning soon... More

Once again we went to Vinho e Noz. The food is awesome and the service good. A place to go if you want very good Alentejo food.

This restaurant is just outside the old town. We were a group of eight and the service was good. The meal quality was very dependent on what we had. The boar stew was amazing, but the pork loin was so so. The house speciality was a steak cooked on a hot stone, which looked great but we didn't try it.... More

We went to this restaurant for lunch to test local specialities: we took migas with aspergus and black porc. The meal was delicious and the serving size impressive. We asked the waiter for a wine recommandation and were pleasantly surprised by the wine (not too much expansive and really good). The waiter is nice and try to transmit is love... More

We walked into this restaurant as they were opening, and had not been able to make reservations. The waiter, Richard, was ably to make last minute accommodations for us. We felt incredibly fortunate, as many after us were turned away. It was a holiday evening, and many restaurants were closed, but I am sure this restaurant is often busy. I... More

A small menu of typical Alentejo dishes. We were a group of 5 and had 5 different main courses. All were excellent ... and great value.
