We only wanted a small bite to eat as we wandered the seaside town of Cascais. The “Bijou” Café/Patisserie had exactly day we wanted. The ranged of pastries here is excellent but we opted to share a Spinach and Mushroom Empanada.

This is a wonderful place to have a pastry and coffee just how you like it. Everything is fresh and there is a huge variety from which to choose.

Lovely cafe in the middle of the square just back from the sea. Really cheery staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Great coffee, dairy free milks available, and a fantastic selection of cakes which must be tried. Very reasonably priced too!

Had a lovely lasagne, whilst the family had sandwiches and toasties. All were lovely and a very decent value. Perfect for a light lunch!

Brilliant position in the centre of a group of tourist restaurants. Whilst the hot food wasn’t an option when we visited we did have the best tuna toast ever, good chicken sandwiches and great service from the waitress. Inside is a huge selection of cakes....More
