After a long day walking this was the perfect dinner. We had the famed prawn curry and it didn't disappoint-superb!

I was taken to lunch by my collegue, and you will be surprised by the food and the hospitality. Not your chain or fancy restaurant type, but more the local neigbourhood gathering place. Great food, good price

The service was brilliant, both the owner and waitress were very accommodating especially as we only spoke English. The prawn curry was absolutely delicious!! And the beef with cream was equally great. We also had sangria which really hit the spot on a hot sunny day. I could not recommend this place anymore and the prices were very reasonable.

O Queque is a fantastic place to eat. For lunch or dinner there are so many tasty choices. The chamuças are an absolute must. The Mozambique prawn curry, the turkey & cheese sauce, piri piri pork, all are so lovely. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth visiting this place to sample the delightful food.

We went there for lunch and had a great meal. So we ended up going back there three times in a week! Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. The owner is a charmer who speaks good English and a good sense of humour. But most importantly the food is outstanding! If you go to Lisbon, go visit O Queque!

I know it's unusual to have a samosa just before your meal but here I totally recommend that. They have the best samosas I've ever ate. Really recommend it. The staff is very welcoming, especially the owner who's always with a smile and engages in conversation often, making you feel part of the family.

When I think of "O Queque" I think of their wonderful curry (chicken, prawn or crab). The curry sauce is spicy, hot and thick! Even when there's only the sauce left, it's a pleasure to dip small pieces of bread into it! I also suggest you taste "gambas à Braz" (typical portuguese dish, with prawns replacing cod). They also have... More
