During a brief stop in Obidos we found this place on the main street towards the castle. Lots of other restaurants were very busy but this was not. It was a nice day so we sat outside. We did not require anything filling so we opted for some tapas and a few beers. I thoroughly recommend the smoked sausage which... More

We choose this place in order to drink something. There were free table but they refuse us to serve only drink. We were with 2 children in a sunny day but they said that it is mandatory to order food. I do not recommend!!!!!

Th place looked cozy but the service was not the best. We came in after lunch hour and had to sit in a table that we didnt like because the one we wanted could be used! The food is average and overly expensive and the service was bland. I wouldnt reccomend!

On side street off main tourist street within walls. Tasty food is grilled outside on the street in this little terrace and indoor hole in the wall. Two entrees (grilled swordfish, grilled pork loin with garlic butter, mixed salad, and drinks) were 34 Euro. Would return.

The menu caught our eyes first of all - in both Portuguese and English - most things are grilled so freshly cooked. The restaurant was just off the main pedestrian route, but Obidos is so small, everything is close by. We loved it! The service was quick and pleasant, the waitress explained we would have to pay for the cheese,... More

This place is not good. The food was terrible! Inside is very dark and ugly. A restaurant situated inside this tourist area must have better conditions. Don't go there!

I will agree that this is probably one of our least favorite meals but it wasn't horrible. We got the prawns in garlic sauce; it was good but not the best. With the shells still being on it, I'm not sure how the garlice sauce impacted the shrimp if at all. I got the chicken with pineapple on top of... More

We have travelled approximately 1200 miles around Portugal on this trip and this is by far the worst food we have had. If was frozen packet food warmed up. I had fried prawns in garlic sauce - anyone who appreciated seafood will understand my comments when using frozen pre cooked prawns in this dish. Then for my main I had... More

We were the only people in there at 9pm. service ok, but main dishes were very disappointing. Chips were precooked as were the baked potatoes and only just warm and therefore inedible. High prices for very basic/poor quality food. Cannot recommend.
