S M d V is a classic porto restaurant, with dependable cuisine, a lovely outdoor patio and engaged and engaging young table staff. Service is excellent. Padron peppers are outstanding. I think you must call to reserve the patio, which is cool. So is upstairs.

We had a very nice lunch here. Go early because it's very busy. Local dishes and local wine make it a very nice place in the center of Porto. Very enjoyable atmosphere and good service. When back in Porto, we'll come back for lunch!
