This place came highly recommended and we made a reservation in advance. We weren't sure about spending one of our few nights in Porto getting Italian food, but after one bite we were so glad we did! Everything was so delicious, the pasta dishes had incredible flavor and it was the best pizza we ever had. The server and host... More

This cozy restaurant serving excellent Italian food is west of Porto, close to the Atlantic Ocean coast. It was a scenic 20 minute taxi ride along the riverfront road from Porto old town. There was only one main waiter and another waitress but their service was efficient and fast. There's no English menu but the waiter provided excellent recommendations. For... More

This is one of those places where you don't mind doing waiting to eat because you know what to expect and know you won't be disappointed. The service was superb with funny staff and the pizzas were also delicious (very thin crust). The white sangria comes with mint and many fruits. Lastly, the price is very reasonable for its quality.

Little out of the main tourist path, but don't hesitate, it's definitely worth to call a taxi and try this extraordinary restaurant. As a party of six, we had the opportunity to sample a wide selection of dishes, from pasta to pizza, the main dishes and the whole selection of their desserts. Everything was exceeding our expectations. Pork knuckle is... More

We were starving and had no reservation, had to wait 15 minutes but the next hour was wonderful. From the service to the quality of the pizzas, everything was great. We felt like we knew the staff and were friends for ages.

Atmosphere - 5/5 Firstly, I must confess this is probably my favourite restaurant, from the cosy interior to the food, everything is second to none. Due to its popularity, I highly suggest booking a table, otherwise you will most likely have to wait around 30 minutes. It can also be a bit noisy sometimes. Parking – 5/5 Free Parking on... More

Not my first time at Casa da Foz. It's one of the few restaurants in Porto where everything is incredible: the food, the service, the place, and especially the people. Probably the best pizzas in Porto, by far! Amazingly tasty, with a crust so thin you almost don't notice it's there, combined with very fresh ingredients. Delicious! The pasta, cheesecake... More

Very tasty and fresh ingredients. Very good pasta, pizza and an excellent cheese cake. Speciality: "trippes" which most of the Portuguese guests ordered. As the Resto is very small one needs to reserve

Went to Casa da Foz this evening. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was vibrant. The restaurant was full and a few people were waiting for others to leave. We had pizza, mixed salad followed by cheesecake and creme brulee. I highly recommend it. No complaints at all.
